The objectives of this project:​

The objective of this first assignment is to create an awareness of environmental concerns/sustainability.

To realize and understand the impact and consequences of the built environment on the natural environment.
Task
In this assignment, we are required to form groups of 4 members and write a research paper and presentation of your chosen theme with 3000-5000 words. Using the ideas as the theoretical framework of each particular theme, students are to analyze a particular researched topic highlighting the relationship between the theoretical ideas and the selected works which the theme given was landslide and floods.
PROGRESS OUTCOME
We first delegated our task and do research from Google Scholar or any article, we then compile the information in the spreadsheet. Once we had the information done, we approach with our lecturer Mr Siva to have a discussion regarding our chosen topic before going into final essay.

First project I gained more knowledge about the floods and landslide happening in Malaysia, and related topics through this module. I spent a lot of time researching background history information on our chosen topic for the assignment and assessments, and I learned a lot of new things that essay will help on research paper and some formula essay like introduction, body part until conclusion.

During this module, I used critical thinking skills to conduct research and generate design ideas, and I made an effort to think creatively while adhering to the project specifications.
